Wethersfield Re-Design

Scope of Work:

Our clients owned this residence as well as their custom home right next door. Each home abuts the TPC Highlands Golf Course. The clients wished to move the feel of their current home, next door to optimize an even better view of the course. This total rehab included an entire new main level redesign, second floor access by elevator, and expansion off the rear. As well as walkup attic space. Even the putting green, and Italian wine cellar had to be duplicated at the new residence!
