Groton Long Point Redesign

Scope of Work:

This secluded beachfront home was a 1970’s Split-Level Ranch. The homeowners wished for a true shingle-style custom home that could showcase their nearly panoramic views. Redesign encompassed the entire footprint of the home from basement to above garage apartment guest suite.
