Our outbuilding projects consist of typical detached garages, sheds, guest houses, carriage houses, animal barns, pool houses, indoor swimming pools, gymnasiums, pavilions and entertaining spaces. Meet the Team

  • Todd Clark

    PARTNER | ARCHITECT

    Todd found his own firm in 1991 while "moon lighting" for a large Architectural firm . Todd wore many hats in the beginning of his career, framing and trimming his way through high school, drafting and apprenticing through college and eventually working for large local firms. Todd attended Boston Architectural College & Hartford State Tech, is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and is a licensed Architect.

    Todd's success comes from his” non-architect” personality. He understands the construction element which makes his projects stand the test of time in durability while having timeless design. Todd is down to earth and relatable to his clients, with capability to design a small addition or large custom home. You will see his work in nearly every area of Connecticut with shore front custom homes and country barns. While modern times dictate drafting by way of AutoCad, he is a master at pen and ink renderings.

    In his spare time, Todd races at Stafford Motor Speedway in the SK Lite Modified Division. You can root on the purple #00 alongside his wife & car owner (Ida), nearly every Friday night during the season. Todd has 2 children: Ashley & Taylor.

  • Ashley (Clark) Kidd

    PARTNER | PROFESSIONAL RESIDENTIAL DESIGNER

    Ashley is a Residential Designer who comes from a diverse background in Hospitality & Business.

    Before turning to design in 2017, Ashley worked as a Sales Manager & Event Coordinator at a local wedding venue. Through helping many couples plan and design their big day, she decided to make the switch to something longer lasting (beyond one magical day), designing homes and spaces that could be enjoyed everyday. Ashley's passions lie with establishing strong relationships with those around her. Listening and understanding clients is the basis for a great working relationship and Ashley strives to build and maintain those relationships with each client.

    Ashley & her husband Andrew are building their own home this year! In her spare time, Ashley takes pottery classes, paints watercolor, and hopes to get back to the sport of dressage sometime soon!

Built in 1881, our Office used to be a passenger car depot. It is a fixture in the Forestville section of Bristol and a piece of history we are honored to own and maintain. We love sharing it with our clients!
